As we head ever more rapidly into a world where “on-line” is sometimes the only way offered, our IT Support volunteers are on hand to help unpaid carers to get started on-line, or to get a better understanding of the IT equipment they are currently using. Whether this be setting up an email address, shopping on-line, using social media or understanding a smartphone, laptop, or any other device.
