On Tuesday, 20th February Don Wild visited the Forget Me Not Cafe in Tiverton to deliver a wonderful seated exercise and dance session to carers and the people they care for. With Don’s playlist of songs and tunes from days gone by, especially tailored for people with dementia, we sang, moved and danced along to the likes of Vera Lynn and Perry Como, rounding off with good old Rock n ‘Roll. We all enjoyed getting as active as we were able, and, of course, meeting Don. Thank you Don and please come back to visit us again soon we had a great time.
